Join me on World Labyrinth Day, from 11-2 for a day of contemplative art making and practice with a light lunch. We’ll explore Stitch Meditation, learn about why the labyrinth and the walking process, engage in mindful eating and gentle movement and create a Stitch Labyrinth using the backstitch or running stitch. No sewing experience needed. Patterns will be provided. We will walk the Labyrinth on the grounds and connect with the elements of earth, sky, air and water and end with a blessing.
