Basic Information
DURATION: 1-3 hours depending on your workshop session
AUDIENCE: Kids, youth, seniors, mobility challenged, large bodies.
LOCATION: I can provide workshops and groups at your location, via Zoom/Google Meet or at Hillside Christian Church in Kansas City and various other locations in the area.

A-YEA Groups
Mindful Affirmation Art
A-YEA is a concept created by Jessica that combines Accessible Chair Yoga, assisted with blocks, straps and other props along with responsive art making, writing and singing. Accessible Yoga is the creation of Jivana Hyman, whom Jessica was trained by in 2020.
The Divina Response: Expressions and Conversation is a process where we move through the Visio Divine or Lection Divine practice. In response to the results of the practice, we create artistic responses. We chat about them afterwards.
Mindful Art & Tea (or Coffee) is a group for adults. It is perfect for seniors and can be done at assisted living centers, churches, community centers and more.
Creative Wellness Series was created by Jessica during the pandemic. This is a series of 4-5 different sessions that engage in expressive arts making, mindfulness and somatic movement for self regulation, stress release, and optimum self care moments.
NeuroMeditative Art is a process Jess created based off of Neurographic Art but including meditation enrichment in the development of the yogic concept of Dhyana.
Inner Landscapes combine self expressive mixed media art making with writing.
Kids Art Hour is for children ages 6 + using art , music and movement to assist in social emotional learning skills, breathwork development, self esteem and self regulation.
Stitch Meditation was created by Liz Kettle who Jess trained with and became a certified Stitch Meditation Teacher. It is a silent, simple practice using only the running stitch.
Grief Medicine: Expressive Grief Through the Arts is a combination of grief education and a means of allowing the emotions of grief to have a place to go that’s safe. We use a variety of media from paint, to drawing to collage.
Heart Mending focuses on expressing through stitch and color healing the places where heart wounds reside. Movement, art and sound are included in this workshop.
Mindful Affirmation Art is a process that Jessica created prior to the pandemic that includes written expression, mixed media, mindfulness and meditation, and several layers of development to your work.
